"After attempting to obtain estimates for work to my back steps, new landings and a brand new patio, Kodiak was one of the FIRST to respond to my inquiry. From the get go, Yesi was responsive and thorough with communication. Bob responded quickly to the requested site visit and was extremely helpful in the planning stages which, of course, included staying within a certain budget yet maintaining the desired overall appearance. Bob, Danny and the entire team worked diligently to ensure that vision was accomplished in a timely fashion and I am BEYOND pleased with the outcome! This last week, I have found myself standing and staring at what a fantastic job they did. Not only was the project something of perfection, but they ensured all areas that needed filling with soil, seeding, haying and even re-raking and “jack-rabbiting” in my driveway were cleaned up – some areas better than they were to begin with. "After just recently moving into the area, we were looking for reliable landscapers to help us with our new, large property. We were recommended Kodiak Landscaping on social media through a few parent groups. I could not be more pleased with Kodiak. Our landscape needed a complete overhaul in terms of cleaning and decluttering. My husband was so impressed with Bob’s knowledge of every plant species. Unlike others that we had received a quote from, Bob took control and helped us navigate through what needed to be removed as well as things that should stay. He gave us a quote the same day, and within three days, he has men at our property. These men worked for 10 hours straight with a short lunch break. I never saw them stop moving. They worked so hard, and I am so grateful for their work. My property looks exponentially better, and we have already inquired about them doing more for us. Landscaping & design HERO! My husband and I did our homework and got several opinions from neighbors and friends and many suggested Kodiak Landscaping. We also got some estimates from other companies. The office staff I was in contact with from start to finish were absolutely delightful and very professional. They kept us updated during the entire process via phone calls and emails. Quickly set up estimate and design consultation from our initial call until completion. The price was the best around and we were very happy with the advice and design consultation. The crew was respectful, polite, quiet and performed as true professionals. They even removed my American Flag not to damage or dirty it. I watched the man from my Ring camera carefully lower it and take it down with respect and care which I thought was sweet. VERY GOOD WORKERS! The crew started yesterday am and today I came home to a beautiful 15 x 20 paver patio area. It looks fantastic they were very efficient and hard working. The process was so quick and easy. They obviously took time to plan accordingly and take great pride in their work. Not even a sign of them after...they even reseeded the lawn and saved & relocated some shrubs for me that they removed from the patio area. I didn't expect that at all and it made my day! The owner met with us to announce completion and to make sure we were happy with it and to educate us on the care and maintenance we should follow. We are Very Very Happy and will definitely be using them for all our future landscaping and design services! This company has lived up to their great reputation my only regret is that we didn't call him sooner!

We contacted Bob to implement some changes in our patio without a total tear-up and replacement. Bob listened to our concerns, worked with our budget, and his ideas and attention to detail resulted in a much- improved back yard space. Bob's team worked hard, were respectful and courteous; and they paid attention to the little things - like making sure our patio screen door was closed when they were creating dust from cutting pavers. His team was prompt and cleaned up at the end of the day. They didn't leave until the job was done to their satisfaction. Would definitely call them when we decide to replace what we didn't this time. Very satisfied.

Bob and his team are great. From the beginning design to implementing a perfect landscape design, Kodiak really got everything correct. The best thing I loved was the communication. I would get a call or text in the morning when they were heading to my job site, and pictures when portions of the job was complete. I would highly recommend Kodiak Landscape for any exterior landscaping job.
